Teach to wait or wait to teach?

I love teaching. Teaching earns you big bucks. $128 a week for 7 hours, as opposed to $115.50 a week for 21 hours(!) at the lousy restaurant. Having to deal with obnoxious ah-sohs who insist on changing utensils after every dish ("Aiyoh, dirty already change lah, don't underuse the 10%"), executive types who can't decide whether to pay with their OCBC Titanium or Citibank Diamond Preferred Rewards Card to earn those extra reward points, pesky teeny brats who delight in constructing Eiffel towers/Mayan totem poles out of aluminium cans, assholes who swagger in at 2152hrs before last order at 2200hrs and stay till 2311hrs, just doesn't cut. And don't get me started on those back-breaking and ass-sagging activities. Maybe I'm just a shoddy waiter, but at $5.50/h? Nah, no thank you. I rather immerse myself in non-linear functions and my beloved Chopin scherzos.

PS. Having said that, I can easily tell apart the lazy susan from the "xiao yu", and your braised sea cucumber with minced pork from your gingko nut and pumpkin combination yam paste. Hahaa..
